Changes:
- Disabled cancel command key in choices
- Added descriptions to weapons and items
*SPOILER ALERT*
- General bank - Fixed open vent with screwdriver event
- Jewelry store - Improved interactions with tea cup
- National bank - Screwdriver now needed to open the vent
- National bank - Changed option to "Shoot him" in bank manager event
- National bank - Slightly moved outside tiles and guard position
