Fixes and adjustments:
- Updated game fonts
- Player now turns up when arrive a location
- Added ESC key command for "Go to sleep"
- Crew members will no longer show in choice list once hired
- Locations will no longer show in choice list after visited
- Removed unnamed option completely in battle menu
- Removed hidden unused sell option completely in shop menu
- Removed unused parameters completely in equip stats
- Fixed general bank teller event
- Updated credits
